Bartholomay was to be one of the four first male models at the annual Presbyterian-St. Luke's Fashion Show. The 46th annual show was held on Sept. 27, 1972 in Chicago's Medinah Temple and had a distinct political air about it as wives and daughters of political figures joined the festivities as models.
