Marc Brash has been promoted to assistant director of Studley's Chicago office. Since joining Studley in 2001, Brash has represented law firms, financial institutions and non-profit organizations in commercial real estate transactions. Brash, formerly an associate with the firm, will continue to provide specialized analysis and strategic insights to his clients. An expert in financial analysis for the downtown and suburban Chicago office markets, he has completed more than 400,000 square feet of leasing transactions for clients including Starbucks, R.J. O'Brien & Associates, Hometown America Corp. and Miller Shakman & Beem. In addition, he is national account manager for The LOGS Network. Brash has an undergraduate degree from Carthage College in Kenosha and is pursuing a master of corporate real estate designation.
