A 21-year-old man was ordered held this afternoon on $2 million bail in the fatal stabbing of a man who was found in a bedroom of a Marquette Park home, police said.
Julian Williams, of the 6900 block of South Ada Street was charged with first-degree murder and ordered held on $2 million, officials said.
The victim was identified as Kenneth Alexander, 52, of Park Forest, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Alexander was found stabbed to death in the bedroom of a Marquette Park home, according to police.
No one else was home when the man was found about 11:15 p.m. Thursday. police said the stabbing may have resulted from some type of domestic dispute between Alexander and the grandson of his girlfriend.
The girlfriend was out of town at the time of the dispute and was returning home early Friday morning, police said.Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
