Ahmed Rabia, 19, pours tea in the West Rogers Park home he shares with his mother, Wafaa Falah, 40. Falah worked for humanitarian organizations and in the Iraqi media. Now, she and her family struggle to navigate food stamps, having the gas turned on and learning where to take English classes. They had no idea their flight from Iraq would bring them to the United States.
