Gumball Machine

<b>Materials:</b> Balloons of many colors, dry cleaning bag, red pants, paper plate, duct tape, aluminum foil, dustpan, rubber plunger, red ribbon<br>

<b>Method:</b> Attach cleaning bag to pants, leaving holes for arms and head. Fill with balloons. Silver duct tape outlines square coin slot in the top front of the bag, below neck; make a penny out of a paper plate. Cover dustpan in foil (for machine spout) and tape to front of pants. For the hat: Remove plunger from handle and paint bright red. Cut holes in sides for a ribbon to secure it as a hat. Cap with foil if desired.<br>
