It remains to be seen what the transition to George McCaskey, who it taking over for his older brother Michael as the club's Chairman of the Board in 2011, will bring in the way of change, if any. When the Blackhawks turned over power at the top of the organization, sweeping change followed quickly. The success they reaped is certainly evident. It would be a surprise if the McCaskey family was involved in anything drastic. Then again, who figured they would set the bar for a defensive player in free agency ever? George McCaskey is known as a stickler for the rules, and he worked diligently in the ticket office the past two decades. He'll be at the top in 2011. Will his presence mean more than a new face representing one of the NFL's cornerstone franchises at league meetings?
