4 injured in 3-vehicle crash on Pulaski

Four people suffered injuries in a collision involving two vehicles and a semitrailer on Pulaski Road just south of 30th Street this morning, a Chicago Fire Department spokesman said.

Two people were transported in serious-to-critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital and two others were transported in fair-to-serious condition to Saint Anthony Hospital, Commander Sean Flynn said.

A fifth person involved in the wreck refused treatment at the scene, Flynn said.
