Fairy

Materials: Paper bags, aluminum foil, poster paint, duct tape

Method: Cut paper bag into strips about 6 inches wide. Pin to a dress form and tape them together. (You can use a human model and clear tape instead of pins.) When you turn the bags inside out, they create a seamless dress. Use same method for skirt; paint purple and trim with black duct tape. Fold foil strips into ripples for top trim; use foil sheets to fill out skirt.
