The body of a shooting victim is wheeled to a medical examiner's van on West 33rd Street after being killed by 58-year-old Jeffery Johnson near the Empire State Building in New York City. Police said Johnson shot and killed a 41-year-old former co-worker of Hazan Imports during an altercation at 10 W. 33rd St. with a .45 caliber handgun.
