Mayor Daley on privatization

( Tribune photo by Chris Walker / October 21, 2009 ) In a meeting with the Tribune's editorial board Wednesday, Mayor Richard Daley said he met recently with consultants who presented him with options for future privatization deals. He declined to say exactly what he is considering. He readily acknowledged, though, that many items on the menu of options from the consultants are tempting him. "Nothing is off the table," he said. "Everything is always on the table." |
