Catcher <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PESPT003038" title="Gabby Hartnett" href="/topic/sports/gabby-hartnett-PESPT003038.topic">Gabby Hartnett</a> played 18 seasons with <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORSPT000165" title="Chicago Cubs" href="/topic/sports/baseball/chicago-cubs-ORSPT000165.topic">the Cubs</a> and was named <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="15007002" title="National League" href="/topic/sports/baseball/national-league-15007002.topic">National League</a> MVP in 1935. A six-time all-star, he was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1955.
