Bryan Voltaggio: Closing Family Meal in Baltimore 'was no easy decision'

For leading the maker of Triscuits, Oreos and Cadbury chocolate, Irene Rosenfeld received pay package valued at $28.8 million. More than half of that was in stock awards, but Rosenfeld also got more than $400,000 in perks, including personal use of a corporate jet. The company said it requires its CEO to use company planes for all travel for reasons of security and personal safety.
