African-themed CPS school has highest first week attendance

Chicago Public Schools CEO Jean Claude Brizard hands a $3000 Target gift card to Frank Embil, Principal of Woodlawn Community Elementary School in Chicago for having the highest attendance during the first week of school at 99.18 percent. The card can be used to purchase needed school supplies and materials.
