Kevin Nealon

The Laugh Factory may be new to us, but Kevin Nealon is very familiar. The Lakeview club (formerly the Lakeshore Theater) is part of the Factory family that began as a one-stop shop for comedy in LA in 1979. Nealon has been making us laugh since his nine-year stint on "SNL" and most recently on the Showtime series "Weeds." Here, we get to hear Nealon's underwhelming dry wit (his latest comedy special is called "Whelmed ... But Not Overly") from another view at this intimate show.

Why go: Any guy who writes a book about pregnancy from the male perspective is OK.

Reconsider: "Yes, You're Pregnant, but What About Me?" (the title of Nealon's book): Not funny.
