It's all about the movies today as the Academy Awards announce their nominees for this year's Oscars ceremony. "Lincoln," "Les Mis" and "Zero Dark Thirty" are among the top movies nominated. The slightly less prestigious People's Choice Awards is also trending as Taylor Swift has managed to make news from the presenters podium. (She got interrupted, again, while giving out the big award to the cast of "Hunger Games.")
Unfazed by competing with Oscar news, Justin Timberlake has a big announcement for us tonight. Speculation is that he is returning to pop music with a new album, and Jay Z and Beyonce may be involved. I will spare you the "Sexy Back" references.
Meanwhile, Bravo star Bethenny Frankel is bummed, telling Ellen Degeneres she feels like a failure after recent marriage ended in divorce. Helpful suggestion for Bethenny: Do not film your first year of marriage for a TV show.
Finally, you may not have heard, but there is a Raven's game Saturday. Apparently, people in Baltimore are super stoked and bathing things in creepy purple light.
