Bob Woodward has no regrets and Morrissey isn't a 'Duck Dynasty' fan
Watergate journalist Bob Woodward has no regrets after getting into a public spat with the White House, Golden State Warrior Stephen Curry has serious game and 80s pop star and animal rights advocate Morrissey is feuding with Jimmy Kimmel over "Duck Dynasty" (seriously, I'm not making that up). Welcome to your online trends report for Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013.
Washington Post editor Bob Woodward says an unnamed White House official told him he would "regret" his decision to dispute President Obama's version of events on looming defense cuts. Woodward reported on the sequester in an article in Sunday's Washington Post. The White House has no comment at the moment as Twitter has exploded with conspiracy theories. Something tells me Woodward shouldn't worry about a drone strike. But you never know. Woodward, you in danger girl.
Internet users are also searching for info on NBA star Stephen Curry who had an epic game last night against the New York Knicks, scoring 54 point with uncanny accuracy. Meanwhile, Morrissey still has a beef with Jimmy Kimmel after the late night host booked him on the same show as the cast of A&E Reality Series "Duck Dynasty." The animal rights activist wasn't thrilled with sharing airtime with reality stars who sell hunting equipment. Thanks to a whiney Morrissey, Kimmel just had his jokes written for him for the next couple of days.
Finally, Pope Benedict is enjoying his last day as pope, which he will commemorate with his final tweet. What's "peace out" in Italian?
