An arts and crafts-style home in Eastport, a historic Annapolis mansion and a 121-acre farm near Monkton are among the properties in the Greater Baltimore region that sold for more than $1 million in November.

The 17 properties that sold for $1 million or more last month are all in Anne Arundel, Howard or Baltimore counties, according to data recently released RealEstate Business Intelligence, an affiliate of the region’s multiple listing service.

Sales closed on 2,135 properties in Baltimore and its five surrounding counties — Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard — during November, the data shows.

The most expensive property sold in Carroll County last month was a craftsman home on almost six acres of land in Whispering Woodland Estate, between Finksburg and Westminster. The 8,500 square foot home sold for $827,000.

In Baltimore city, the priciest home sold during November was a 1928 French provincial-style residence in Homeland. It went for $810,000.

The highest sale in Harford County last month was a foreclosure property. The 6,300 square foot home near the intersection of Fallston and Baldwin Mill roads sold for $720,000.
