Here's an opportunity to turn off HGTV for an evening and learn about the realities of rehabbing a home.
Baltimore Housing's Vacants to Value initiative is hosting a workshop Thursday evening called, "The Rehab Process: Proper steps to Rehabbing a House in Baltimore City."
The workshop is free, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Zeta Center for Healthy and Active Aging, 4501 Reistertown Road.
