I will advertise with your publications in the areas you have indicated as having a surge in sales. Maybe some of those folks are looking I hope our Maryland friends stay in the State and find the retirement dream or find the family home that they hope to find. If you are shuffling and are reading this, you will be happy to know that DEALS come in many variations. I even have a client who's beautiful home needs to be sold because of a job transfer but the owner may offer to RENT your house (if your buying is continguent on selling your current home) until it sells and you can go to settlement on the almost new, all options luxury home in Carroll Vista.
