iJet International names new CEO

Benjamin "Ben" Allen has been appointed CEO of iJet International, the Annapolis-based business intelligence and risk assessment firm announced Tuesday.

Allen succeeds Bruce McIndoe, a founder of iJet, who will remain as president and a member of its board of directors.

Allen most recently served as president of Marsh & McLennan Agency, a division of global insurance broker Marsh Inc. Before that he was president and CEO at Kroll, a New York-based corporate investigations and risk consulting firm, where he'd worked in a number of leadership roles.

"Ben joins us at a perfect time to lead the company, as we are accelerating in the marketplace," said Jim Simmons, chairman of iJet's board.

Founded in 1999, iJET provides risk management solutions designed to help its clients protect their employees, facilities, supply chains, and information assets globally.
