Interaction is the name of the game at DoublePositive. At the online marketing company, based on the 15th floor of the 1st Mariner Building in Canton, more-experienced employees mentor and guide the less experienced -- whose ideas and viewpoints are taken just as seriously as those of the senior-level employees. Different departments constantly work on projects together, and the company also hosts local and regional career development events that bring together folks from the online, advertising and technology communities. "It's all about the people," said one of the company's 62 staff members. The office's Xbox, Starbucks coffee machine and ping-pong tournaments don't hurt either.
