Here are a couple of ways to save some cash over the long Independence Day holiday weekend, in honor of Cheap Trick
* Get a free game each day at Brunswick Zone bowling alleys
in Columbia, Ellicott City
and Perry Hall
from July 1 through July 4. (via Atlanta Bargain Hunter
* ParticipatingBurger King locations will sell its Original Chicken Sandwich
for what has been described as a "patriotic" price of $1.04 on July 2, July 3 and July 4.
(I'm not certain why $1.04 is patriotic, but as editor Justine
points out, it's a better deal than if they were charging, say, $17.76.)
* Buy tickets to Six Flags
by July 1 and pay only the kid admission price of $34.99, which I discovered via TravelZoo
. At the park, tickets cost $54.99 for adults.
How are you enjoying yourself while saving money this holiday weekend?
