Stewart with Merrill Lynch stockbroker Peter Bacanovic. Stewart maintains she had standing orders with Bacanovic to sell her ImClone shares if the stock price fell below $60. In October 2002, an assistant to Bacanovic pleaded guilty to taking a payoff to keep quiet about an alleged insider stock trade and agreee to testify against Stewart.
