Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Mid-Atlantic, names new president

NRT, a national residential real estate brokerage, has named a new president for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Mid-Atlantic.

Duff Rubin most recently worked as the senior regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Southeast Florida. As president of the Mid-Atlantic company, he will oversee 30 real estate offices and more than 2,100 affiliated agents from its regional office in Ellicott City.

Rubin previously worked as managing director for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT for Florida and the Mid-Atlantic

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Mid-Atlantic serves buyers from northern Virginia to Baltimore, as well as along the Delaware and Maryland shore areas. The brokerage closed 12,826 residential transaction sides worth $5.24 billion in closed sales volume in 2016.
