Big Brothers Big Sisters hires new CEO

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake Inc. announced Friday that Terry F. Hickey, the founder of a nonprofit group that runs law-related programs at local high schools, will become the youth mentoring organization's president and CEO.
