Baltimore Brigade names broadcasters, signs tech deals

Monumental Sports Network, the Washington-based online service that will broadcast Baltimore Brigade football games, said Tuesday it is partnering with a pair of tech firms to provide innovative coverage.

An agreement with ActionStreamer, an Ohio-based firm, will allow the network to integrate wearable-camera technology into game broadcasts.

The network said it also has a deal with California-based Greenfly to provide fans with video from players and other sources.

The network is available via desktop and a variety of devices, including Xbox One.

The Brigade and Washington Valor begin their inaugural seasons in the Arena Football League on April 7. They are owned by Monumental Sports & Entertainment.

The company also announced that longtime Baltimore broadcaster Brent Harris, formerly of CSN, will be the Brigade's play-by-play announcer and former Ravens receiver Qadry Ismail will be the color analyst.

Grant Paulsen and former Washington Redskins receiver Santana Moss will handle the same duties for the Valor.
