Valentine's Day spending [Pictures]
Spending on Valentine's Day flowers, candy and other gifts in 2013 will only increase slightly from last year, according to the latest survey from the National Retail Federation. See how that spending breaks down on gifts for significant others, friends and even pets.

The average consumer will spend $130.97 on Valentine's Day gifts, up only slightly from the $126.03 spent last year.
