Martha Stewart likely to be indicted

NEW YORK -- Martha Stewart, who has been under investigation by the Justice Department for more than a year for her sale of shares in ImClone Systems Inc. in late 2001, is expected to be indicted on criminal charges "in the near future," her company said Tuesday.
