Dan Duquette: Orioles won't pursue Jose Bautista because he is a 'villain in Baltimore'

Picketing to save Read's Drug Store

About 30 students from City Neighbors School and their teacher and parents took a tour of the "Super Block" at Howard and Lexington Streets where the former Read's Drug Store was located. The students then picketed at the site to protest the possible demolition of the block. The Read's Drug Store was the site of a civil Rights sit-in by a group of Morgan State students in the 1950s.
