Ex-ImClone CEO pleads guilty

Samuel D. Waksal, the jet-setting scientist and entrepreneur who founded ImClone Systems Inc., pleaded guilty Tuesday to bank and securities fraud in a mushrooming scandal that also threatens his friend and investor, Martha Stewart.
