Let's see here:
1. Apparently only finished the first half of Smartest Guys in the Room and Enronned his company with commodity derivatives and futures causing CEG to go from 100+ to 31.
2. Allows Buffet to rook shareholders out of $1 billion in cash and stock because he knows Buffet will likely sack/demote him.
3. Can't turn a state sanctioned monopoly into a cash machine, despite the fact that all his generating assets were essentially gifts.
