Wednesday's Veterans Job Fair at Fort Meade was open to non-veterans as well and was packed with job-seekers. Almost half of the 80 recruiting stations were seeking applicants with security clearance. Job openings included information technology workers, police officers, medical assistants, software developers, beauty consultants and human resources specialists.

Nice that they are having this event. The fact that it has come to this very painful correction in the job market is sad.
