Acquisitions: Sirius, XM extend merger accord
Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. and XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. agreed to extend their merger accord as they await regulatory approval from the Federal Communications Commission. The two companies "agreed not to exercise their rights to terminate the merger agreement prior to May 15," they said yesterday. The accord had been set to expire today.
