Keith Silberg, one of the owners of C-Mart, talks with customers waiting in line to enter the store. Owners of C-Mart were forced to call the Harford County Sherriff and close the store in mid-day to control some of the over 300 people in the hand bag area. The store was reopened at 4 p.m. with limited number of customers entering the store at a time.
