Stevenson University at New York Fashion Week
The designs of a group of juniors and seniors from Stevenson University's Fashion Design program were on display in New York City earlier this month for Fashion Week to open "Io, Tu, e La Moda Italiana," an exhibition of original fashion garments. The gallery will next be on display for a one-day showing in Prato, Italy. The exhibit is a result of a collaboration between the university and Manex-France, a mannequin and bust form manufacturer. "This unique partnership highlights technical, educational, and industry outreach by providing the students the opportunity to showcase their creations," says Sally DiMarco, Stevenson's fashion design program coordinator.Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
