When: Wednesday, 7:05 p.m.
Where: 1st Mariner Arena
Outlook: With seven games left in the regular season, the Blast can clinch the home field in the Major Indoor Soccer League's Eastern Division finals with a victory. If past performances are any indication, the Blast should get the job done. This will mark the third time in a span of less than two weeks the teams have met in Baltimore, and the Blast dominated the first two games. After an 18-2 spanking on Jan. 20, the Blast came back to beat the SharX, 18-10, on Friday before finishing a weekend sweep with an 8-7 win over Rochester the following night. Going in, the Blast has a 5 1/2-game lead over second-place Rochester (8-10) and the tie-breaker against the Lancers because it has already won the head-to-head season series. Max Ferdinand and Machel Millwood share the team lead in scoring with 47 points.
