Two out of three ain't bad

The Orioles aren't coming back in this one. The game came unraveled on that comebacker that was botched by reliever Brian Bass and it's been all downhill from there. But Orioles fans have to be happy with the overall performance of the team in the series.

Manager Dave Trembley was talking before the game about the importance of winning divisional games in April and the Orioles won a series against one of the division favorites. Mission accomplished.

Trembley also acknowledged, however, that the going could get rough this weekend because starters Mark Hendrickson (Friday night) and Adam Eaton (Sunday) figure to be rusty after waiting so long to get into their first regular season games.

Making waves: I'll be riding the airwaves later this evening as host of Sportsline on WBAL (1090 AM). We'll rehash today's game and take your calls, starting at six. If you're not in radio range, go to WBAL.com and click on the "Listen Live" icon.
