Comcast SportsNet reports viewership of its Joe Gibbs coverage Tuesday far outdistanced that of Mid-Atlantic Sports Network. Though, of course, that is how it should be. CSN has a reporting staff and produces daily sports news shows, which MASN does not.
In the Washington market, CSN drew 6,816 households during 3 to 4 p.m., the Gibbs news conference, to MASN's 2,272. CSN said it got up to 13,633 for Washington Post Live during the 5 p.m. hour. In Baltimore, CSN had 8,778 during the news conference. MASN's numbers were too small to measure.
