Visage Salon & Spa Celebrates 20 Years of Pampering

Visage Salon & Spa is celebrating 20 years of business this year. Owner Ronnie Bailey opened her full-service salon, with then-partner, Cathie Becker (in 1991) and over the years has moved from Fallston to Bel Air, her current location since 1998. With 11 stylists, five manicurists, a massage therapist, an esthetician, an assistant/shampoo technician, a receptionist and a manager, Katie Frederick, Visage caters to all of their customers’  beauty needs. “Katie and I run the salon together. There is a great camaraderie amongst all the women in the salon. We all work as a team and everyone’s job is important,” says Ronnie.

After 20 years, Ronnie and her colleagues love what they do. Whether they are pampering clients with a mani/pedi, a facial or a massage, the professionals at Visage are transforming the lives of their customers. “We offer spa packages, so you can come in and relax,” she says. Visage has hair care, skin care, and body care treatments from Bioelements. “We also do a lot of weddings. The people that come to our salon become a part of our family,” says Ronnie.
