Streets to be closed, parking restricted

Baltimore transportation officials have announced temporary street closures and parking restrictions tomorrow across the city for the eighth Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival. The main event, the 26-mile marathon, will begin at 8 a.m. at Paca and Pratt streets.

Traffic along MLK Jr. Boulevard will remain open in both directions during the marathon. These streets will be closed tomorrow:

5:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.: Paca Street from Pratt Street to Lombard Street.

5:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.: Russell Street from Hamburg Street to Pratt Street

6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Eutaw Street between Madison and Monument streets

7 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.: Eutaw Street from Pratt Street to Camden Street, and Camden Street from Russell Street to Howard Street

7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Paca Street from Lombard Street to McCulloh Street

7:10 a.m. to 8:50 a.m.: McCulloh Street from Paca Street to Druid Park Lake Drive

7:15 a.m. to 9:20 a.m.: Druid Park Lake Drive from 28th Street to St. Paul Street

7:35 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Key Highway from Light Street to Lawrence Street to Fort Avenue

7:40 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Fort Avenue around Fort McHenry and back to Lawrence Street

8 a.m. to 10 a.m.: Light Street from Lombard to Key Highway

8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.: Key Highway from Lawrence Street to Light Street

8:05 a.m. to noon: Light Street to Pratt Street, Pratt Street to President Street, President to Lancaster Street

8:10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.: Lancaster Street to Aliceanna Street to Boston Street

8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Boston Street from Lakewood Avenue to O'Donnell Street, to Linwood Avenue

8:20 a.m. to 12:50 p.m.: Linwood Avenue from O'Donnell Street to Madison Street

8:25 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Madison Street from Linwood Avenue to Washington Street, Washington to St. Lo Drive

8:35 a.m. to 1:35 p.m.: Harford Road from St. Lo Drive to Hillen Road, and Hillen Road from Harford Road to 33rd Street

8:40 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Lake Montebello to 33rd Street, 33rd to Guilford Avenue

8:50 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.: Guilford Avenue from 28th Street to Howard Street

8:55 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Howard Street from 28th Street to MLK Boulevard

9:05 a.m. to 3:20 p.m.: Eutaw Street to finish.

11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Key Highway from Cross Street to Light Street

11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Central Avenue from Gough Street to Bank Street

12:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Pratt Street from Calvert Street to Exeter Street; Exeter Street from Pratt Street to Bank Street; Bank Street from Exeter Street to Central Avenue

The department of transportation also announced no-parking areas. They are:

2 a.m. to 2 p.m.: both sides of Linwood Avenue from Eastern Avenue to Fayette Street

6 a.m. to 3 p.m.: both sides of Camden Street from Russell Street to Howard Street

7 a.m. to 2 p.m.: the north side of Boston Street from Aliceanna Street to Lakewood Avenue

8 a.m. to noon: both sides of upper level St. Paul Street from Franklin Street to Saratoga Street; the east side of William Street from Warren Street to Key Highway; and both sides of Cuba Street from Towson Street to Hull Street

8 a.m. to 2 p.m.: 33rd Street from Hillen Road to Guilford Avenue.

Towing will be in effect in those areas, according to the city.
