Michael Gagnon is arraigned in Municipal Court in Toledo, Ohio. He was charged with five counts of aggravated vehicular homicide in the death of a Parkville mother and her four children. Police say Gagnon drove his pickup truck along Interstate 280 in the wrong direction for nearly four miles before driving into the family's minivan on Dec. 30.
