In a decade that arguably produced more top-tier basketball players in Harford County than any other, Forest Hill's Jeff Bullis could hold his own against any of them. The 6-7 Bel Air High standout was as good as they get around the basket on both ends of the court. After graduating from Bel Air in 1978, Bullis played three years at Georgetown, where he had modest stats after making what some critics said was misguided college choice. Following his junior season in 1980-81, in which he averaged 4.6 points and played in all 32 of the Hoyas' games, Bullis didn't play his senior season, which coincided with the arrival of Patirck Ewing and several other heraled freshmen. Regardless, Bullis remains the best player to ever wear the Bel Air blue and white.
