Nipper, arguably a Jack Russell terrier, is the longtime logo for RCA Records. Sitting atop the historical society, the 14-foot, 1,700-pound fiberglass Nipper peers into a replica of a wind-up Edison-Bell cylinder phonograph. In 1996, Baltimore reclaimed Nipper from a Virginia backyard and moved the famous mutt to City Life Museums' East Baltimore campus. Nipper was moved to its present location in 1999.<br><br>
<b>Bonus fact:</b> The historical society sells stuffed Nipper toys for $8.
