Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich holds up a mock newspaper handed to him by a supporter as he leaves court in Chicago, Illinois. The former governor was expected to take the stand in his own defense today but, his attorneys told the judge this afternoon that the former governor would not testify. The judge asked them to take time to think it through then recessed for the day. A final decision is expected tomorrow.
