Tuesday: Beers and Cheers dinner at the Wine Market
You can taste seasonal brews and holiday spirits at the Wine Market's special Tuesday evening tasting. Chef Andrew Weinzirl is preparing crispy pork confit green peppercorn mustard, mini Gruyere and spinach tartlets and roasted fingerling potatoes with creme fraiche and American caviar to pair with winter beers, allspice liqueur and artisanal rum. The tasting is $20, and reservations are recommended.
