Black Friday in Lutherville

Tina Bateman of Littlestown, Pa., looks at a circular with Robert Coppage of Parkville at the Best Buy on York Road in Lutherville. Bateman said she had started the morning at the Best Buy in Owings Mills but that the line was longer there.
