Gettysburg and more

A sculpture of Abraham Lincoln, entitled "Return Visit," stands on the brick sidewalk next to the Wills House, a new museum in Gettysburg. The sculpture portrays him pointing toward the rooms in the Wills House where he stayed and put the finishing touches on the Gettysburg Address. The life-sized bronze sculpture is thought to be on of the most realistic representations of the 16th president because Sculptor J. Seward Johnson Jr. was provided with a bronze life mask and hand impressions taken of Mr. Lincoln as well as an exact copy of one of his suits and photos of the boots he wore.
