Featuring one of the few velodromes in the country, Valley Preferred Cycling Center hosts bike races on Friday nights all summer long. Crowds thrill to riders, reaching speeds of 25 mph and up, circling the track on bikes with nobrakes or gears. In addition to racing, the Lehigh Valley is home to a large community of pro and amateur cyclists who conduct group and solo rides on roads throughout the region.
